India have a lot of drive, good budget, good launchers and good tech so will keep the primary powers on their toes in the current space race. I expect good things going forward from India and Japan in particular. The upcoming certification for manned missions from this same launcher from India looks very interesting indeed.

This was not the third attempt CHANDRAYAAN 1 was successful, CHANDRAYAAN 2 failed partially, so CHANDRAYAAN 3 is the 2nd attempt of CY 2

Have you seen their metallurgy and their CFD solvers? Have you seen their advanced ceramics technology? If you can't acknowledge the pioneer, you can't become a pioneer yourself. If we Indians want to compete with the Americans one day, we need to be clear what we are up against. Trying to find convenient conspiracy theories is how one lands at the same level as flat earthers.
