If they have been in the country for 180 days, they can apply for an Aadhar card. An Aadhar card 💳 is a biometric identification card, not a residence document 📄 nor passport 🛂. Even a tourist who is in the country for that time can get an Aadhar card. It simply identifies them. I'm guessing they came to study or for business or for medical procedures?
