You guys are just 3D printing the walls and that seems to be the only USP. Ask any construction worker: building a wall is the easiest thing about constructing a house. The other things like plumbing, electrical wiring, furniture, installation of tiles etc etc are the most expensive and time consuming things. Also molding the upper roof.

its way costlier than your traditional house making... the way you are making isn't the same as the americans make... you are printing somewhere else in a section and assembling it which defeats the purpose of structural integrity... the transport price + electricity price + cement price + assembling price + technician price + setup of the printer price + it takes a wider area for the walls that reduces the space of the house + people which need to plan and smooth the wall + the price of rebar it will use... and so on... combining it all will boost the price... its a good idea but the material has to be cheap or else it will be a failure like it failed in america and australia and newzealand
