Awaiting ; On India's Infrastructure Boost - earlier it remained terribly neglected though persuaded by defense personnel but government of the day remained not influenced. Important is besides infrastructure we need trained manpower/skilled one what ever state of art equipment we may import supplement it with an institute of learning ,like Rolls-Royce have in derby(U.K). We have been importing lot's of stuff and even the know how came but people got retired and it went with them nothing was developed in structure neither some course were developed or tried to develop the understanding with the place of learning
