To make private jobs more appealing, the government should ensure high-quality education and affordable healthcare for all citizens not only for its workers. With these foundations in place, other challenges will naturally resolve themselves.

Working in private companies, your salary will be less, but at least you won't be unemployed, and you will be earning and growing at the same time. Even if you save 6000 every month your savings will be 700000. As you grow in your career and your salary increases, save more and more and grow your savings tree. When you reach close to 50, even if you have 30L (without considering inflation), you will get close to 400000 at the end of year in fixed deposit, comfortable enough to lead a peaceful life in a tier 2 city. This is bare minimum calculation, if you continue to save a fixed percentage every month, your savings can reach upto 1 crore and above. This is for people who go on wasting their time in government jobs.
@kshipanih925818 күн бұрын
Yes. But what to do when the jobs give very less amount of salary? For people who get job near their home, it’s easier to save. But for people who travel to other cities searching for jobs, they have to pay rent and other utilities. And a lot of them have to send money back home too.

I do not deny these challenges, I myself am from Begusarai in Bihar, but now that I am studying in USA, I find these challenges prominent worldwide and not just when I was in Bihar. The documentary is skewed towards predominantly UP and Bihar which are the most impoverished states in the country. But hey, atleast graduating from a Tier 1 college in India landed me in a Fortune 500 company which my current T30 university in USA cannot. In India, I could work with my merit unlike USA where a lot depends on who I meet and who I know.
