But in Indonesia's population problem is nowhere as severe as in India, there are plenty of job opportunities (private companies, state-owned companies, SMEs, etc) outside the government jobs. And although China has much bigger population yet their population don't view government job as the only lucrative job. It's also a mindset problem.😂 Indonesians generally don't have entrepreneurship & industrious mindset, that's why Chinese-Indonesians took majority of the trade & entrepreneurship sector, and they in turn dominating the economy of Indonesia.

In the Indian IT industry the entry level pay is comparable to Europe's average pay in terms of PPP, also India has extreme poverty of nearly 5% who is in conditions like sub-sharan Africa. India lost more than 50% of its forest covers from independence due to over population. There are 51 million pending cases in Indian courts as there are too many cases and very few courts. All cities & towns will not have water to flush out the commode for about 3 months in a year by 2030. 70% people born between 2003 to 2033 will be unemployed forever, rest will be working for very low wages and can never retire. Only 5% will have good incomes. People have to work for 14 hours a day just to have basic needs. 90% of the students studying in schools colleges and unemployed will be under huge stress as there are no jobs and food prices will sky rocket. 30 to 50% of the population will be unmarried by 2040. I have spent 3 years preparing for UPSC exam, i have friends who have spent around 6 7 years, when i look back this is loss of healthier manpower and knowledge for the country. Consider that 10 lakh students prepare for UPSC, leave alone for other govt exam. Considering 250 work days 8 hours a day that is almost whopping 2,00,00,00,000 work hours lost in just preparing for an exam where only 1000 people clear. Those who dont clear and dont leave quickly become freshers at age of 30 and it becomes difficult to find job for them. These numbers are conservative and real numbers would be alarming. And these hours are wasted by best of brains of the country. It is high time that better job prospects are created for the youth of this country.

For me, after watching the video, it’s clear that CNA isn’t just pointing out problems. The main message is to inspire us, the younger generation, to be part of the solution. When you reach close to 50, even if you have 30L (without considering inflation), you will get close to 400000 at the end of year in fixed deposit, comfortable enough to lead a peaceful life in a tier 2 city. What they don’t tell you is that government jobs are perfect to earn 4-5x of your salary as bribes. 1 railway ticket checker in India earns a mere $500-$600 per month but has assets worth half a million to million dollars easily. Very sensitive topic, which most parents are missing. There is a private sector which has better chances for employability. Parents need to understand and stop pressure their kids.. Government in India has already clarified that Government will stop being in the business of doing business. if the same student trains hard in IT or any other skilled labour, he/she will be in a better position. This will also save many lives from going into depression and suicides as mentioned in the video.

The Indian police is very understaffed for the population size. To help in solving the staff shortage in the police, the police job should be made more attractive to youngsters by improving pay, benefits, career growth, working conditions and solving corruption and political control. This way recruitment will increase and staffing shortage can be minimized.
