People like Nana Pateker deserve to be punished. Its not easy for a celebrated person like Tanushree to speak up about an incident like this. Respect this woman for speaking up in spite of being aware of the fact that het career could be destroyed. We all know what happened to her after she spoke up. She was thrown away from the film industry. Yet she put her foot down. Not many people can do what she did. She created a path for all those women who may be contantly getting harassed at their work place to come forward and speak up loud and clear.

Narratives as these demands a lot of patience. You just can't interrupt and shun away somebody's experience because it isn't 'sexual harassment' by nature. Here we are just learning to stand up and take baby steps... Let the narratives flow by its own. Then we would have ample time to debate, categorise, select, define and ponder upon the 'nature of harrassment'. #LetsListenFirst.
