How did you get the stock muffler end cap reattached to the muffler body?

I use the inner baffles wall and cut to fit in the exhaust, or you can reuse the stock end caps and have a welder do the attachment.

I guess you did not watch the video! This are the stock exhaust cut, then put end caps on them total coast of end caps $85.00

so I listen to the whole message, and u cut off the original exhaust, did u have to retune the bike ???

No because the system is stock, and the catalitic still in the exhaust syatem, what is not supposed to be change is your air filter to a free flow filter unless the bike is turne, and this goes for any motorycle out there!
