India Street Festival Toronto Canada

Visiting my friend in Toronto Canada, just down the street from where he lives the annual India Town Street Festival was underway. Great music, food and camaraderie. What a wonderful visit I am having in Canada. I wonder if such an ethnic street festival would ever take place where I live in Sussex County, Delaware.

Why do people in the West wear Circus costume while performing on any Indian Song? Really funny and awkward..None of the Indians do that...
