Maintaining complete vaccume in the tunnel has high running cost and high investment in building long tubes capable for very high -ve pressure force is huge barrier for its actual viablity. But our researchers would learn a lot in this project which could be useful in one or other form.

Which has all the disadvantages in the world and it's only USP being highspeed, which is only possible in vacuum whi5is near impossible to maintain for longer especially at large scale and long distances... And is ridiculously energy consuming... Especially not suitable for the energy shortage crisis the world is about to enter in next few decades. And at least hyperloop is impossible in next 10-20 years in its fully realised form of highspeed vacuum tube transportation. At least the experience of working on such a challenging task will give those researchers and companies a high level experience to improve their understanding and skills that can enable them to innovate else where in valid feasible yet ambitious projects.
