But difference is we can built many lines in after certain years, southeast countries can't. Remember when India built metro only 50 to 100 km was there in 2002. But today we have 1000+km metro system in 20 cities. And another 1000 km under construction.

Utter nonsense. When excess water has to be released from Sathanur dam in case of cyclone , four districts submerge under flood waters. First find a solution to tackle this problem. Who wants bullet train.
