@@stonerosesuk it's a practical, just come and check out books, just read a book written by sheikh Abul Hasan Ali Nadvi, don't you ever underestimate scholars of Subcontinent who played big role to preserve is lam and it's science and scholarship, you can find Madani and Azhari scholars but can't find any Madani or Azhari madrasas, alhamdulillah our deobandi madrasas present everywhere, I am not talking about whole Subcontinent, just one madrasa board in Pakistan called wifaq ul madaris that produces 100,000 huffaz a year, scholars of maktab of Deoband alone has published 250 books in tafsirs, many books on commentary of siha sitta... Don't you ever underestimate us, Mujaddid of second millenium period was born here in India, Shah Waliullah Dehlvi is from India whom Prophet (saws) declared imam of coming centuries when his soul met him, don't you ever underestimate us

Shaykh Explained betautifully. I think its a must watch video for every Muslim parent who wants their children to pursue Islamic education. The title doesn't do justice with the video - only talked about South Asia at the end, this video is more than that.

The majority of Indian and Pakistani Ulama do know Arabic very well " Ulama" "Teachers". You cannot expect all students to be well verse in the Arabic language. There are million students in any giving year. And most of them have basic knowledge of Arabic. Not all the students become scholars. As like in past only handful of people become scholars and teachers.

@Jenni-dx1yb first bring forth a seminary like Darul uloom Deoband whose publishing house published tafsirs whose number is more than 250 whose volumes are 2 volumes, 5 volumes 10 volumes and 20 volumes, who wrote commentaries on Bukhari Mus lim Abu Dawood, nasai, ibn majah, muwatta imam malik in 10-20 volumes, whose madrasas are all over the western hemisphere and subsaharan and southern Africa and all over the world, whose missionary organization is world's largest i.e Tablighi jamaat, whose 1 board in Pax stan produces 100,000 huffaz per year, excluding other madrasas in Subcontinent, West and Africa... Achieve this milestone and then come talk to us... Also Google who is Sheikh Abul Hasan Ali Nadvi and fear Allah to speak against such friends of All ah who are so respected that even Rashid Al makhtoum sent private jet to Lucknow to pick up Sheikh and give him award in Dubai, who i respected by almost all scholars in Arab world and mus lim world

Zakaat isn't a tax , its helping others to self develop , and its a function to detach yourself from your wealth and knowledge , and help others Salaat is your own personal development to receive from Allah directly Hence salaat and zakaat are frequently together in the same verses Nowhere in Quran is zakaat given as a percentage that's made up by the tax men

@faruqfouzia, you don't have to pay Zakaat on the value of the house that you live in. But otherwise, you do have to pay Zakaat as per the Islamic requirement InshAllah. May all of our wealth be purified via paying Zakaat and be accept by Our Creator Almighty Allah SubhanahuwaTa'ala and to follow Our Beloved Prophet AlaiheSalatoWassalamWa'AlaAali perfect methods ❤❤❤❤❤

They are not understanding the Qur'an Arabic of the Qur'an, Quran defines it's own words and what they mean i.e zakharia and his son Yahya was referred to as zakhiya , from the etymology and root you can clearly understand that zakharia and Yahya helped others to self develop, this action is called zakaat

What are the good materials to teach Arabic in English? So far what I've seen it's just horrible. It's as if the writers are showing off using words that aren't easy to understand, ie modern standard American English. That's why we have such low quality translations of the Quran and Sunnah, confusion is rampant, especially for the average person.
