Reason why most of us Indian women have such thick and luscious hair is because of our ritual in which when we are babies and toddlers we have to shave all our hair like ALL OF IT GONE, it can be done 2, 3,4 heck even 5 times, each time the hair is shaved off, more hair begans to grow (idk the logical point but yeah)

Firstly the video was really good!!❤❤❤ Secondly for the makeup not all woman wore bold kajal and now too mostly heavy makeup is for the festivals/weddings . Also the minimalist makeup u said is opposite to indian makeup, the clean girl style sleek back hair and glossy lip ( oil to moisture lips ) is what most woman used to do in india and africa ( and maybe more countries ) since ages for which we were laughed on and called dirty by the people who are now trending it as " Clean girl " Minimal Makeup... It was past but it does hurt to know who laughed on us are trending for the same thing. Clean girl or minimal makeup is not opposite to indian makeup. Indian woman had both aesthetics of minimal makeup and bold kajal in old times to their preferences. Happy to see these vids and expecting more such videos dear more from other countries as well 😊❤ .

I really hope the colorism will get better, there are much diversity in our skintones, it needs to be embraced and celebrated. Maybe bringing dark skinned leads in movies and ads can be the first step. It aches my heart when i see girls with beautiful dark complexion get overly worried about their skin being dark and are in a craze to whiten them. I have wheatish skin that lies somewhat between fair and olive skin spectrum, and i could see the difference in approach of other people when i get Tan lol. They'll be like "ahh! You have become dark, put this and put that..." I also noticed i only receive compliments when my skin isn't tanned :(

Okay, so I hope that she does these for the countries in Northern Africa. The South Mediterranean often saw (male) visitors from European (white) countries. They sought the beauty of North African (black) queens. Colorism played a huge part of Egyptian class economics (the famous “Cleopatra was white” argument is a common one, but anyone with a mixed grandmother knows that they pass better for white in the shade too, a common ancient artifact of wealth). I would be interested to hear about countries like Morocco as well.

Almost all vegetarians in India consume copious amounts of milk products, because that is their main protein source. Everything is cooked in ghee- clarified butter. Every meat option has a Paneer (a cheese) option exactly for vegetarians. India being the largest dairy producer and consumer in the world, did not happen by 43% of Indians being vegan
