Indian Bhujia/Bhujia recipe
Ingredients
1. Potatoes (Aloo) 3-4 medium size
2. 1 small thinly sliced onions
3. 1 large tomato
4. Oil as required
5. Salt to taste
6. Crushed red chilli as required
7. Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
8. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
9. Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp
10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
11. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Method
First take a pan turn on the flame put all the ingredients together mix well now cover with lid and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes becomes soft after passing the time check the potatoes if it’s soft your Bhujia is ready you can enjoy with parathas and pooris
