When I removed my Challenger rear wheel, I was able to use my lift’s rear wheel dropout to lower the wheel out from under the bike without removing the pivot bolt from the rear shock.

Nice video. I've done this on my Vision a couple times but this looks like way more work. So basically it would be at least a 600 dollar job after tire and taxes if you go to the dealer.

Agreed. I've got a Pursuit on order and own an older model Triumph Rocket 3 and the tyre change is way easier than all this! Just a shame Indian didn't go shaft drive, i reckon. 🇦🇺

The pivot bolt fits into the upper part of the shock housing; so you have to adjust the shock to line up with the pivot bolt. I could have provided better instructions on that. Thanks for asking.

This shock adjustment is referring to a manual movement of the shock for the pivot bolt not an actual shock adjustment change to rebound or tension.

You are supposed to spin the tire backwards while adjusting the belt. You can’t really see the belt run without the wheel moving.

Agreed, I did spin the wheel, time lapse and video cut doesn’t show the time rotation that was done. I didn’t want to spend 10-20min on adjustments and rotations. Appreciate the feedback, I should have included that when I started.
