$1600 is for the 2 in 1 Turnout, the Shorty is still $1100 not really sure what the difference is other than being able to adjust the direction exhaust goes…

What tuner is available for this bike? I'm sure it must need to be tuned once you add that exhaust and with a freer flowing air cleaner. Also what cam is in this bike?

Looks like the original indian chief seat with pillion seat and bolt on sissy bar added (small pad sissy bar).
