I've followed along with this daily for a couple of months and shoulder mobility is vastly improved... impingement happens much less frequently. Thank you!

Just watching you two swinging on the rocks with the blue sky is pure therapy. Theses are moves I do all the time, and it's time well spent, always!

The basic moves are the most essential to repeat and refine...as you know. We love training out in the Granite Dells around Willow and Watson lakes. They offer endless locations for Primal Nature Play and are often breathtaking in their beauty. I am always happy to hear from folks who notice the beauty. ZK

@@zenkahuna So true that the basics are essential to learn and essential to revisit, fine tune on a regular basis. You train in places that can only be described as paradise, and I know some in particular are sacred to you. Changing the location and the environment takes PNP to another level. I do it now and then - a park, out in the country, some quiet place off the beaten path and just the anticipation of heading out to move and groove on more unfamiliar ground, or a familiar spot that is enjoyable with new sights and sounds, change of elevation is exciting.

We love doing alternating moves and then flowing into double moves. In fact I begin teaching new students with only one club at a time. Then we move to two. Next we do alternating two clubs. ZK

@@zenkahuna Will have to keep that in mind and incorporate it into my own training. I have been having trouble with alternating mills. Thank you.

I have two 10lb clubs, and no where near able to maintain these motions for any great length of time! How heavy are the clubs in the video? Great video!
@zenkahuna4 жыл бұрын
Con we were using 3 lb clubs. If you look at some of my other Channel videos you will see me using clubs of various lengths, shapes, weight and made from wood, steel, combinations like the Clubbels, and also wood/steel combinations. The moves that I am demonstrating with Marga in this video are specifically for clubs between 1 to 10 pounds. You can look here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qGPKonelfM2qm9k to see us using Clubbells of 15 & 20 pounds. Every video I show is meant to be a view of what is possible for me and my training partners. Each person watching has to decide on the right weight for themselves. Do what you can and don't worry about the rest. By the way: If you are using a Clubbell you can choke up on the shaft and thus change the leverage requirement...that may allow you to do some of the moves that we are doing. You can look at this video to see me using a much larger wooden club: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l3KWg4ZmotaNgqM Good luck in all your movement adventures.

@@zenkahuna Thanks, yes I'm using clubbells , they are a lot longer!
@zenkahuna4 жыл бұрын
@@con2719 Yes I use Clubbells as well. As you get stronger it will all work out. In the meantime choke up on the shaft or do other moves that you are currently strong enough to do. Keep swinging.

Hi Rob. I turn 70 this October. We began including clubs in our Primal Nature Play about 13 years ago. We use them from 1 pound up to 45 pounds. I am in SoCal. How about you?
@gpapink5 жыл бұрын
I thought you were SoCal from the vegetation and hills. I am a retired wine grower from Paso Robles, moved to Oceanside 15 years ago. I've got a pair of 2 lb'ers my friend made me and I use the plastic handles and pop rig from Heroicsports. NEED MORE.@@zenkahuna
