Coach Steve, good to see you again. You got me into kettlebells and mobility conditioning through your courses years ago, and then Indian clubs from one of your videos. At 50 now, I'm stronger and more mobile than most of my contemporaries. You're my inspiration to keep on moving and evolving. Stay strong!
