Michael Kiske was just 20 years old when he recorded this, on his second album with Helloween!

Eagle Fly Free ". This song is the perfect definition of what HELLOWEEN is, and what is Power Metal, sharp and fast guitars mounted on a double killer bass drum, magic in the execution of the solos that leave you in shock, the huge and powerful Michael's voice, background keyboards and the refrains that give you the feeling that you can touch the sky with your hands like an eagle does. A marvel from the first to the last note.

Michael Kiske was a beast when this was recorded in 1988 (him being only 20 at the time), and he still is a beast now in 2023 (him being 55). His voice has lost remarkably little with his age.

Helloween are still existing with some different musicians. The original drummer died some years ago by cancer if i remember that correct. Kai Hansen left to start his own band. Micheal Kiske left and said some years later that the time with Helloween was the worst time he had..... But last year they all (except for the dead drummer) did reunite at the "Wacken Open Air" metal festival to play together again all the good old stuff. Only they didn't play as "Helloween" at this point. They called themselves "Pumpkins United". If you search that you can see how different they look to the 80's especially Micheal Kiske looks totally different. Btw i love your reaction parts ... and i'm one of a few who read the box below :)

Original drummer, Ingo Schwitzenberg committed suicide by jumping in front of train back in early 90s. RIP. The Drummer.
