Yes, every country has its dances and songs, but every region of every country does as well. Just like India, Europe has many ethnic groups, languages, and regional cultures in each country. Spain is actually a country of many different cultures (Basque, Catalan, etc).

The only thing about flamenco that came from India is a very small part of its dance (a small influence, nothing more). It is played with a guitar, created in Spain in the 15th century, although the current version of it comes from the 18th century. Flamenco appears in Andalusia... according to the first writings, in Jerez de la Frontera also in the 18th century. Although gypsies have contributed a lot to flamenco, there is nothing to confirm or deny that they were the creators of this particular musical style.
