This is a critique on "The story behind India's Narendra Modi" by your channel. 1) You yourself said Modi was forced into a marriage at the age of 17 and he left home and wife to fulfill his dreams. Now consider Modi as women. Would you ve said the same thing if it were a women who was forced into marriage and she left home to fulfill her dreams? He didn't cheat his wife as being projected in your story. 2) Coming to "chiawala story" of Narendra Modi. India is a country with billions of ppl and to fight for PM postion he has to fight all odds and he has to sell himself. He has to be innovative and sell his story. He may not be a chaiwala but he sure was a chaiwala Son. Please note being born to a father who sells tea doesn't make him a millionaire. Remember he has fought elections against ppl like Gandhis who were born with a silver spoon. Godhra train incident happened in 2002 and Babri Masjid demolition happened in 1992. So the train wasn't carring ppl who destroyed the Babri masjid as mentioned by your journalist. The train doors were locked so that no one gets out while the train was burning. 3) In Ayodhya it was found by ASI, Archeological survey of India which had muslim officials as well and found that a temple was destroyed and Babri Masjid mosque was built on it. Not on in Ayodhya but in many parts of India, Muslim conquerors destroyed the Hindu temples and built mosques on them just to show off supremacy. 4) original Indian constitution that was Whitten in 1947 didn't say secular. It was during emergency rule of Indira Gandhi that Secular word was added into Indian constitution. 5) Your journalist said something about abrogation of article 371 by Indian Govt. It is a one sided and incomplete story. You should ve covered the history of Kashmir. How Kashmiri Pundits were intimated to convert or to leave. How a Hindu state became Muslim state over centuries? 6) That interview of Modi with Karan Thapar happened in 2002. After that Modi has one 3 elections as Chief minister of Gujarat and 3 times as Prime minister of India. So you know ppl dont really care about that interview. Modi never claimed to be a God Man. He has always maintained that he is a humble servant of ppl. He claims himself to be a common man and comman man can make mistakes. 7) Under Modi India has built largest network of roads in the world. India is the number one economy in terms of Digital transaction. Thanks to Modi. He brought it some revolutionary reforms. Yet this country and its ppl didnt ve what it takes to carry forward these reforms. 8) He might be politically against Muslims. But when it comes to delivering govt services and govt scehemes Modi has never differentiated. You can ask any muslim if they were denied govt services because of their religion. I am sure you wont get any muslim that would say they were differentiated. 9) Muslim community itself is very regressive in their practices and thier customs. After 70 years of Independence it was Modi who criminalised triple talaq. Even in Islamic countries triple talaq was banned long ago. Hijab was banned in Schools by some state govts. And Muslim community created a huge uproar saying Hijab is their right. Just imagine covering school going kids with Hijab just because muslim men cannot control what is there in their pants.
