Typical stereotypes russians have about India. You guys don't know anything about India, except Bollywood, spicyfood, poor hygine and elephant. But we are much more colorful and happy than your gray depressing country Russia. Atleast we clean our hand and rinse our a$$ unlike wiping them with toilet paper and stay without shower in Russian winter.

Oh my god ive worked in kitchens before and im already feeling food poisoning just watching this. Skewers touching the floor, the water from the floor skewers all over the meat, no aprons etc. So much contaminants! First time your video squicked me out lmao. And for those who are bothered by no gloves on hands, trust me, even reputable restaurants dont do the whole gloves thing. Theres so much a bare hand can feel compared to a gloved hand. Its just… we wash our hands frequently.

Хорошо, что не показали какое первоначальное "мясо" было использовано на фарш (предполагаю не очень), а так смотрится не гигиенично, но очень интересно и вкусно. Но на ломах!?))) Nevermind about the beginning of the video. At 9:40 I paused and think about how that guy practically rubbed the cooked meat with a rag that looks dirty and unhygienic. I don't care if they use bare hand for raw food, so long as their bare hands are clean. But once food is cooked, don't touch it with bare hands or questionable-looking rags. Also, the water they use while preparing the kebab stick looks dirty too.

No gloves, no head coverings, no beard guards, no closed toed shoes, and their on a filthy cement floor instead of a steel table that can be sanitized after every use. This place wouldn't last 2 seconds after inspection. Even a health inspector taking bribes would close it down.
