@@otchsigua8223 for sure you can add more.. but (personally) the taste of the balut is highlighted by the salt and vinegar. The vinegar in itself is not just ordinary vinegar.. I like mine with lots of onions, pepper, a little bit of salt, sugar and lots of cucumbers to add a different flavour of sweetness. But yeah, it's not as yummy if it's just vinegar and salt really.. I would also suggest blending the yolk, balut juice and the vinegar mixture with your fingers sometimes. It tastes GREAT.

South Indian food is very diverse. There is more to it than Dosai/Vadai/Idli/Uttappam with Sambar and Chutney. Try Keralite Food, Sadhya, Malayali seafood, Appams or Idiyappams with beef or chicken stews, Pepper Chicken or Alappuzha chicken chicken curry, Thalassery: Rawther/Kozhikode Chicken Biriyani etc. Chettinad and Andhra cuisines are also heavily underrated.

My dad has a game store that he opened just last year, and next to it is the best Indian restaurant I've been to where I lice, and the owner there is now really close to my dad, since my dad goes there frequently and my dad's store has brought more customers. My personal favorite is a dish called chicken mughlai, and the owner is always impressed since not many people know about it or get it, but it's one of his favorites as well.
