Hi Vannie , As Indian it quite funny to see you eating noodles with hands. I know there are stereotypes that Indian eat their food with hands. We also eat noodles with forks & chopsticks. We only eat breads or naan with our hands not all other foods. Hope you understand. Nothing against you . Just want to tell you about it . You should left some water in pan with noodles . It taste better with some gravy in it.
