Most tribes in Afghanistan are of Aryan origin though there are also some non-Aryan tribes like Turks and Mongols. Up to the 11th century A.D. Afghanistan was ruled by Hindu Shahi Brahman kings. I was posted in Kashmir thus studied the history of Kashmir and this region. Since these Hindu Shahi kings were related to the royalty of Kashmir; Kashmir (a very small yet powerful kingdom) aided the Afghans against the Muslim Turk Mahmud of Ghazni. Afghanistan lost due to the mistake of a Kashmiri general. After conquering Persia and regions of Indian subcontinent Mahmud out of vengeance attacked Kashmir and was defeated and almost killed by Samgramraja king of Kashmir. After the fall of Hindu Shahis the Afghan population accepted Semitic-Islam. Go to Kabul museum and see Hindu Ganeshas and Sharda script. While Bharat was referred to as Aryavarta (abode of Aryans), Afghanistan was referred to as Ariana (land of Aryans). Their airline is still referred to as Ariana.

Most Indian KZbinrs come for political rhetoric against Pakistan rather than Afghanistan tourism. It feels like Indian KZbinrs are not there by choice but are sent to Afghanistan. There is no enmity between Afghanistan and Pakistan. It is just like two brothers having a disagreement on settling their affairs. Pakistan is the second home of Afghans. Millions of Afghans have been living in Pakistan without a visa since 1980. While no Afghan can stay a day in India without a visa.

The Afghan refugees play a significant role in sustaining the economy of Pakistan, yet they often face discrimination and unfair treatment. Despite receiving substantial aid from the international community, Pakistan fails to provide adequate support and dignity to Afghan refugees. Disparities in housing costs illustrate this inequality, as Afghans are charged higher rates for the same accommodations ( double to triple the price). Additionally, reports of unjust treatment by law enforcement (robing refuges) further highlight the challenges faced by Afghan refugees in Pakistan. Furthermore, Pakistan's historical interference in Afghanistan's internal affairs, including support for terrorist organizations to destabilize the country. This exploitation paints a grim picture of Afghanistan as a resource for Pakistan's benefit ( a milking cow).
