One point to note is that most of these Cash-on-delivery payments are not done through cash, they are mostly UPI payments (including myself). So it's actually payment on delivery and not cash on delivery. And the reason Indians choose post-delivery payment is an entirely different subject.

The best way to make sure a core value is understood and consistently practiced by your team is to add core values rating criteria to your performance management process. The core values criteria should clearly explain what each value means and measure how well each employee’s work matches up to the core value. Organizations with successful cultures hold their teams accountable to both “what” (results) and “how” (core values) work gets done.

India we live in western metrics of success, which comes at cost of human values, nature, and result of 4 million species extinct out of 12 million species in 150-200 years due to western idea of comfort. Do we really want that kind of success that feeds and comforts on cost of other lives and species ?? How happy is the world?? West false glorification of themselves? The world is controlled by west, people should question at what cost are they doing it. They fought world wars on looted money. India was attacked for 2000 years. We will improve not on western defination of success. Even though old India had best science,medicine, economy, sport, construction. India didn't go further, as going ahead at the cost of other is not development, at the cost of nature. External seeking after limit leads to destruction inner seeking leads to divine.

Great videos. I want to share my 2 cents as an Indian living abroad. A huge percentage of us actually want to contribute to India but we don't have proper venues. I'm living in France where it is very difficult to integrate into this country and it pains me to see huge amount of people coming to this country but only to suffer and in many cases return back with nothing or at times getting depressed and actually mentally or emotionally or even physical hurt. I see the government only using us as mere venues of foreign exchange instead of contributing something to the country. The govt shld do something to either channel our money or knowledge into the economy especially into Tier 2/3 cities and it would spur more growth and development there. I am glad to see our country grow even though I am already planning for a European passport because we can make money and settle in another country but most of us actually love to come back and enjoy India. #JaiHind

Few details & suggestions. 1. We don't need to talk shit about our past glory. When we don't know that our ancestors are masters, most of us doesn't go after greatness & excellence. And I don't think anybody is stuck in past and not doing anything right now. Everybody does something and strives to grow - it doesn't matter they cherish Bharat's glory or not 2. It is very sad to see that as we move towards Alpha, more western culture we exude. We can be both culturally centered and be in sync with advancements happening around. Everybody in India is patriotic and they all have respect towards our forefathers starting from recent Freedom leaders to Great kings and Rishis 3. Arguments on those who go against English are very true. We need to be speaking as many languages as possible to bridge the communication gap to become relevant globally. Be it English, Hindi or any other. And we should do this all by first centered in our native languages. Very detailed explanation. Lot of insights. We expect more content like this.

I agree about the software part, but if we really want to double or triple our growth we need to focus on the manufacturing sector as well. Like you said our majority exports are services not manufacturing. I can now see our govt. focusing on that as well. We are kind of late because of little bit of obsession of India with socialism. But I see things changing for good. I would love to see India as a manufacturing and tech hub. This great country has a lot of potential. Impossible to not be bullish on India.

@valorsec2 жыл бұрын
So I'll break your video and why it's actually very misleading into different points & sorry for typos 1. Acceptance of Cash on Delivery has nothing to with usability of pre paid payments. It's just showcases the level of trust of people living in different tier cities on the delivery platforms & e shopping websites. In cash on delivery their is a benefit of rejecting the order if the items seem to be tampered and hence saving the money with would have been very insecure in pre paid mode of payments. 2. Now to simply explain your data of lowest female labor participation in world & that's indeed true to some extent that Turkey being at last not India. But the things are improving at the root levels which is education. So the future might be different my friend. And change needs some time to be noticed , So you shouldn't discard the improvements India is going through. 3. Being an engineer myself from a well reputed and 30+ years old pvt college let me tell you the reality of percentage. So there are 3982 private engineering colleges in India and 822 govt engineering college. Amongst these only a few hundreds of colleges produce employable engineers. What I mean is that there are so many unemployable engineering degree holders in India with 0 practical knowledge or hands-on industry based skills. So they simply don't meet the requirements of the employers like passing an interview or aptitude test. Anyone can gains such hands on skills via free nptel courses which are absolutely free for learning. Sheer percentage of engineers don't describe the skill level of Indian engineers as it should be very evident to you by looking at the work force of Indians at MNCs. The numbers are in surplus and jobs for engineers are very saturated. 4. A tweet can summarize the Growth of India; XD Joke or Wot ? There are a lot of macro and micro economic factors that are responsible of growth of India like capital formation , export levels, employment generation ,supply and demand, taxes and regulations etc. And According to you it's just and only because of Internet. 5. Being extraordinarily busy =(is equal to) being extra ordinarily lazy . That's hell of a conclusion. Let that feature reach tier 2 cities and you will see the acceptance. Man why do you sound like communists . If a certain people work hard , earn money , so their spending will be according to their earnings and choice of standards of living . I don't see a problem in that . What you bow , is what you reap. If there are no benefits of higher standard of living then people won't push themselves towards improving their standards of living. Think of the world where you pay equally for each and every job . That world would have no scope & motivation for self improvement. 6. Rich get richer and Poor gets poorer . You should look towards the growth of China . Sorry for quoting a communist country. But the development of China lies in the roots of rapid and effective educational reforms that China brought in 1950s. Educate people and provide skill development and see the rise of India 3 to India 2. Also that people of India 3 need to be motivated for this change. 7. Only point I agree with you is the STAMP of Institutions. 8. Again if people can afford a better life style or education they actually should . They problem also lies within the mentality of Indians which is the internal politics within the organizations. Best example being the son of FM S Jaishankar studying in USA. We should focus more to create better opportunities in India itself , saying which is much easier than doing it. And India will take time to develop to create these opportunities. Simply think that if someone is capable of cracking GSOC then why he or she will stay in India with Indian service based companies offering low pays and increments also whose work cultures are worse than startups. 9. I don't know how your statement at 15:36 relates education with more businesses . Man work on your script and logic. 10. Students don't riot, as we have seen in Agneepath schemes that riots are politically motivated. Students do protest but riot is a different term . Use your words wisely . 11. You're in really bad company if people are telling you that " oh you should not learn to code " or " oh coding is bad ". Now I know where all this nonsense you say comes from XD. 12. Shark tanks should actually show data that which deals actually were granted with capital . I assure that's small percentage. 13. Serial entrepreneurship is an old concept my friend , read about John Osher. 14. Man trickle down economy is failing in UK 20:44 15. Lastly you focused on recent data and then gave a conclusion that why people shouldn't be prideful about their glorious past (before mughals came in) . Slow claps for your conclusion.

Really great analysis, appreciate it. Also the things he mentioned about female labour are bullish, many females from economically weak backgrounds or even from middle class (which i have met) prefers to live at home and do household works instead of doing labour jobs, in rare case scenario where either the women is single mother or the family condition is so economically poor that they have to work to make the family in stable condition. Also, it depends on the female also, it would be much better to keep a person who wants to do the work and is more interested in it than a female who was just ENCOURAGED to do that work, despite knowing that she doesn't fit at all. The efficiency and results also matter a lot.
@valorsec2 жыл бұрын
@@hehehehehehe7878 The choice should be completely left to women. And efficiency actually does matter. Frankly speaking I didn't write this that each gender will be efficient at some specific tasks naturally, because That way pseudo feminists would attack me about gender discrimination & equality.

Animation and video games are also are a great source of jobs and innovative thinking in digital market like in Chine Tencent, USA Microsoft(xbox), Japan Sony(PS), Europe ubisoft and more. The problem in India is we Indians are so obsessed with our culture, religion, race and nationality this creates a narrow mind thinking. I also don't like when people say bad thing about a language no matter what it just a language that are also created by us humans stuck in this past hatred is not going to do anything for anyone in this world I think all language should be repeated because we are living in a new era and new thinking is most important in any country.

On one hand u r indirectly supporting English (I felt so) and on the other u r exalting China's growth. 1)In China less than 1% of the population of the population speaks English and in India it is around 10% ( no meaningful difference in numbers as we overtake them by this year itself. 2) India's e-gaming ecosystem(38%) is growing faster than social media(11%) Also in this year's budget 'Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comics' task force to bolster egaming industry further. And there is no problem in having a 'culture embraced growth'. Also u have to know how nationalism fueled growth of a war torn economy (Germany) and a poverty striken economy (China) No offence. 😊 Peace✌️

@@daretodream7204 First of all you should realise this hate or going against a language is nonsense and it real showing your narrow mind thinking understand this if you don't like it fine but don't spread hatred for that language creating this anti English stupidity makes no sense to anyone. As much as I liked the content of this video (which was made based on a report by a VC), there are so many things wrong in this imo: 1. Title of the video - How is this related to influencers idea of India? There were hardly 30 seconds spent on influencers. Title was a clickbait unfortunately and seems like the youtuber is no different than the hypothetical influencers he talks about. 2. Extremely wrong perception of COD indicating people still want to use the cash when the reality of online shopping is different. Already covered in another comment - Indians have a hard time trusting ecommerce companies or anyone they do not have a relationship with (vague idea) due to various factors and it's not necessarily about "cash". 3. Report creator VC is an investor in both the youtuber's company and the sponsor of this video - Blume Ventures is an investor in Avalon Labs and smallcase. This should have been fully disclosed and also it's better to mention in the description always. Overall, the story of the video and the enthusiasm of the youtuber is great but wish he had used a more suitable title and disclosed everything properly. This just looks like the video was made for the sake of sponsors and investors and a clickbait title was used to gather views.

I was bright student but to study further, I didn't got any scholership, I didn't got any reservation just because my SURNAME was not meeting the criteria. For my masters I had to take loan, and my fellow classmates got that seat for free (They didn't pursue career in same field as it was easy to get government job for them because of their SURNAME). With god's grace I am a software engineer now working in MNC providing lavish lifestyle to both my parents. I am feeling that system and government is biased with blindfolded. They just care about the SURNAME and not about the talent. I have seen many students going abroad just because of single thing and I see that all are right.
