A lot of Douglas just look like darker skinned Indians with curlyish to zigzag hair which they got from their black side of the family. Look up Sri Lankhan guys like Angelo Matthews etc. That's how a lot of Douglas look.

Vish probably did make the samosa (i.e. the filling and wrapping) although the pastry was likely store bought. I’ve made samosas at home using spring roll wrappers and the results are similar to his where you get the crispy shell.
