India. To progress your country faster, IMO, it is best to remove the caste level in your country. Treat all people with same respect and opportunity, these people are also your country human resources too. Otherwise the 1.4 billions of people don't make any sense when some lower caste people are put aside. Give all 1.4 billions people the SAME chance as everyone else then that 1.4 billions make sense. India need to rise all the 1.4 billions of people UP AT THE SAME TIME otherwise country will progress much slower with only certain people are put into consideration for everything.

Wtf you are talking here. In India now all upper caste students are struggling to get government jobs as lower caste students have permanent reserve on those jobs. Caste system is vanishing slowly but it will be totally vanished in future which will take some time
