Torque wrench is a wrench with a specified torquing force. It is used to ensure that the tightness of a bolts/nuts is of standard value as per design. It is not used to open nuts/bolts, as the officer claimed.

Just they need to add 2 lanes 1 lane to 2 , 2 to 3 and 3 to 5 for whole track and add another line as over take line . Join add and correct rail line which is just 30 % work to be done .. And make ballast free highspeed tracks. Over 10 years Will change it
