I’m a new follower of Mark, I’m korean and my husband is Singaporean. We’ve been watching a lot of your videos and our feeling is that you tend to underplay korean cuisine compare to Japan Or European cuisine. Using “sticky, over fried, chewy, too sweet, too sea food or too salty and expensive words” when prices and textures are similar if not more in other countries. We know because we have traveled to Japan and European countries.
