If I ever own one of these magnificent machines I would probably just stare at it all day....

Amazing history, perfect balance between engine and frame, pure simplicity and excellent engineering. This has become my dream machine as I get older, sometimes consider selling my brit bikes to be a part of ones history.

A masterpiece of motorcycle design and a sound to die for. Beautifully shot film, possibly one of the best quality videos on here.

This 1921 Scout looks cleaner than my 2017 version... Looks like brand new vintage...

So, the 1921 Scout had a right side lever-shifter, left side grip throttle, left side foot clutch, right side foot brake and right side grip front brake, I think. Also looks like the rear wheel was a solid mount, front end suspension was 5, half-leaf springs mounted above the fender, actuated by two off-set side rods. Totally opposite from anything I have ever ridden. Take some getting used to. Beautiful resto!
