Any road game in the B1G presents the opportunity to lose. Road victories in this conference are difficult. Especially rivalry games. The thing we know about Cignetti coached teams: the most important game for Indiana is the next game on the schedule. Cignetti doesn't look ahead. Indiana will be well prepared regardless of who starts at QB. Lausch at Northwestern taught Indiana a lesson in QB containment. Chiles won't get away.... INDIANA 42 MSU. 14

What has been so amazing about this IU team is their focus and preparation. They DO NOT beat themselves. If MSU wins they have to beat IU. IU hasn’t shown that they are going to do anything to beat themselves. Just a solid and disciplined TEAM.

This Indiana team is not a gimmick!! Indiana for the first time in all my years has a coach who knows up from down and gets things done!! The players expect to win every game!! The team has the tools to win every game!! I think they have the opportunity to run the table!!

Thing is, when Billy Napier showed up a few years ago in Gainesville, he talked a great game, no pun intended. But I think just about every time an SEC team brings in a new coach, there are expectations and beliefs regarding that coach, that he's going to turn things around, bring in a new culture, a new mentality, new players, coaching staff... But the thing is, for most, reality sets in soon enough. Certainly at Florida, since Urban Meyer left (the first time), there's been nothing but heaps 'o disappointment down here in the great huge petrie-dish we like to call a swamp. So sure, maybe there might have been people to predict Curt Cignetti was going to do (see above), but to really expect that kind of performance, at least these days, would be at best naive. So, congratulations to Indiana... and to that team that we're going to somehow predict they're going to lose again and they're going to win again and...just remember to Bring Your Uncle to the National Championship game.

I see indiana beating Michigan state something like 34-20 should be undefeated coming to the shoe .

I hear OSU's OL is broken....couple that with the inept coaching of Ryan Day and Chip Kelly, plus James Franklin's history for choking, this game could be a defensive and boring game. Penn State has the edge in spite of Franklin because of their RBs and because they're at home.

Indiana appears to be extremely well-prepared, almost as if they have a sixth sense for anticipating the actions of their opponents before they even happen.

Who would have thought that a coach from JMU could take a bunch of impact players from JMU to a middling Big Ten program and do so well for this long?

I know someone who bet $80 on IU to win the National Championship in January at 2000-1 odds 😂

17-14 is a disgusting score. Ask Utah. Go Houston Cougars, upset K-State! O.S. Saban co-owns several MB dealerships and a Ferrari dealership in TN. WVU may end up with Jimbo.

Nick Saban is not the greatest college football coach of all time! STOP THAT SHIT! 🙄 So many coaches before him traveled all over the country playing against the best teams in the nation and Nick didn’t do that!

While I'll admit Indiana was due and this makes a great talking point for the season let's be real they're always a solid team with upperclassmen and play disciplined football. New coaches brought in a few more pieces of talent than they normally have and they're playing a schedule that leave much to be desired. Ohio St is gonna be the only real test this team is gonna face every other team on the schedule is in the middle of rebuilding a dumpster fire (Neb, mich st nw) MD is the best team they've played

You can’t discredit what IU has accomplished by their schedule. You have to take into consideration how they have played against the teams they have faced. They have more than taken care of business and showed improvement each game.
