The only reason to push Aryan invasion theory is Rigved. As it predates Bible and european couldn't stand there was an older civilization before the timeline of bible ie 4400 BCE. So they appropriated rigved to 1500 BCE and told that aryan came from Europe and brought the knowledge.

Not just Ram Sethu and Dwarka , those are big remains . But if you read aim Ramayana or Mahabharata, and see the journey of Ram and Pandavas during van waas , you will still find those trail . The places visited by Rama ,the forests , the ashram of Valmiki , place of Shabari , you will find bhakasur cave in Karnataka, you will find temples ( shiv ling) installed by Rama during his exile in remote regions of south India , most of them are in remote rural villages where people don’t lie as they may not not be able to read Ramayana, but the info was passed on from their ancestors word of mouth about the place Ram worshiped shiva , where Jatayu fell after fighting Ravan (- le pakshi ) , we have a temple here too . We have the shiv ling of Rameshwaram ( installed by Rama before going to Lanka ). We have Gokarna temple ( shiva linga being carried by Ravan from Kailasa with a vow that if he kept it down it will not move , so in the evening Ravan had to do Sandhya vandan and he found a boy , who was actually Ganeshin disguise . He asked him to hold the shiv ling , but the boy kept the ling down and Ravan could not move it . This is Gokarna temple in Karnataka. Birth place of Hanuman is also in Kishkindha ( Karnataka) nest hampi . Temple exists in the hill . So many such evidence in tune with the epics .
