Many of the Educational loan financed to students who have migrated above. They are shown as addressee kept. Highest rate of interest on ETL. Like annual life certificate , there must be condition to annually update their KYC online. Many rich people avail this to get 80 E benefits and use thus money for real estate purchase. Easy empowerment enables pilfrege in terms odmf luxury gadgets,drinks,pub,drugs,free life. The burden of ETL falls on spouse or parents who ate still middle class

Those who want 6 days a week banking start your career as an employee in PSU banks you will come to know how worse it is for bank employees . It's very difficult to work till your retirement. 90% of people will regret choosing a banking career it will literally take your life. Of course that 10% have talent to handle the situation at any cost, those who know they know what I mean. There is nothing wrong with the customer point of view they are always right.

@@spaul2k5 I understand your frustration but the banking system has become like that . I support customers but we as employees are in a helpless situation. The employee to customer ratio is negligible these days RBI is still thinking that there are excess staff in banks. Sorry for that.

@@luiknash I am NOT frustrated. I was. I went to SBI to open an account and were returned thrice. I was a student then and didn't have enough money for the Private bank's Minimum amount. Once I joined the corporate, I never ever visited any Government banks. I have the money now to avoid them. The third time excuse was the best! Today is Pension day, so we don't open new accounts today. 😆😆😆 I just love them🤣

Why doesn't the Finance Ministry ensure that Kannada is used in banks in Karnataka to promote inclusivity in financial activities and ease of doing business? Kannada was once proudly used in banks before the imposition of Hindi by successive governments.

Kannada being used exclusively was also non-inclusive behavior, do you want people who migrated from other states to feel excluded because of where they were born despite earning for the state? Also why stick to Karnataka alone if you can move to places with better opportunities by learning new languages?

We have seen Kannada being sidelined in every bank in Karnataka in last 1 to 2 decades. Let the staff learn Kannada when they work here. IAS/IPS do this already. For your last sentence => You don't understand the context. Go to a German city ask what is German language and culture for them.
