State government only has limited resources. When there is a disaster, central government has to help the state government. It is their responsibility. There is no question about it. Tamil Nadu pays more taxes than it is getting back. I understand Udhayanidhi's frustration. BJP wants to punish Tamil Nadu people and government so that Tamil Nadu people will be frustrated of the state government and vote for BJP next time. This is dirty politics. I am somewhat disappointed that non of the current state ministers has managed convey this message to the people of Tamil Nadu.
