Wow nice 🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍. One small suggestion, though it is a dhal boli, if we add little grated coconut along with the dhal stuffing it will surely increase the taste. Just try and see

If you add coconut you have to finish it in a day or two but only dal poli can last few extra days. So my idea would be 50% with coconut poli and 50% plain poli. This way you get 2 varieties.

I did Poli last week, but with following changes for better health: 1. No maida. Only wheat flour. 2. No channa dhal, just 'vellam' with grated coconut. 3. Used banana leaves instead of the paper.
