I live in Ohio(Buckeye state), and here is a recipe for making our world famous "Buckeye's"! And yes, they really do resemble the Buckeye nut's! Buckeye Recipe:: Ingredients 1 ½ cups peanut butter 1 cup butter, softened ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar, plus more as needed 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips toothpicks In a small pot(Any pot, that won't burn the chocolate, as it melt's, will do), start to slowly melt the chocolate chip's down, as you mix the other ingredient's in a bowl, to make the peanut butter center ball's. While, checking on the chocolate often, roll the ball's of peanut butter goodness, into half golfball size ball's, with a smooth, almost shiny outer layer, with no crack's, and put them on a toothpick, so when you are ready to dip them in the chocolate, you won't burn your finger's. Now, I should mention, a cookie sheet, that can hold all of the ball's on it, that has a sheet of wax paper laid out on it, so they won't stick to the cookie sheet itself, will make a huge difference. Then, last thing you do, before refridgerating them is, dip them in the chocolate, and leave a US dime size spot around the toothpick, that you can see the peanut butter exposed. If you don't know the size of a US dime? Then, you can use the size of a butterscotch candy disc, as a reference. Then, once you stick them in the fridge, you just wait about 1/2hr, and you will be able to start downing those Buckeye's!

A cuban is a great sandwich. But if you want a true taste of Florida, you have to have gator tail.
