Frequently asked questions : 1:You broke walls, wont it weakens the structure? Ans: I have not broken any wall or anything, I bought it under construction. So I did not construct what I did not want by informing builder. 2: Total cost? Ans: It's not that simple to explain as it involves a lot of things that needs to be calculated + builder reimbursed amount of materials that I did not opt for, though that's bare minimum, still needs to be subtracted from total civil changes cost. 3: Paint code? Please check each room respective room tour, I have mentioned colour code in description box of those videos. 4: Is it Vastu Compliant, even after so much of interior Ans: Yes absolutely, being a Vastu and Design consultant, no chance of doing anything against the principle of construction. 5: Who did your interior? My decision is same as yours. I have chosen a low rise apartment with lift at a rate much below my budget. Since it's a 15 yr old complex, we have started with renovations of all utility areas in the first phase. I am renovating all bathrooms, kitchen and flooring of two rooms with ruined wooden floors. This video is very timely. Although I am not from interior design field, but it is good to know others have made similar choices.

I went for a premium builder with high end amenities, it was much above my budget, but finally paid everything and the possession is in Dec, this is in Bangalore, in a city like this my dream was to go for a classic premium house in a premium location, for this I waited for long , as the rate was high, i took extra projects and worked extra hours to make the money, to fulfill my dream and finally made it, 😍 eagerly waiting for the possession, as you said yes the builder is not allowing to change anything, i am assuming the big builders don't allow to changes.

Beautifully done👍...only issue comes when selling such highly customized flat...most of the customers don't acknowledge our efforts and won't be ready to pay for premium stuff. They normally just check Google to see price in that apartment building and expect almost same price 🙈
