One more thing to add your lovely suggestions....instead of adding small carpets or rugs...it's good to have bigger carpets or rugs...and make sure they go under tha sofa too..gives an illusion of bigger area..

Yes absolutely right.. I did not include this point because now a days majority of Indian homes has stopped using carpets because of kids or pets. But those who put carpet what you have pointed out is 100% effective. 😘

Mine is custom made from local store. For staircase wall the frame should be arranged in a way that it moves along with stairs and tells a life journey, though as per Vastu, it's not recommended to put up pictures on staircase wall.

Mirror, light, large furniture, Big painting, Opt for flow design, One wall dark, Heighted curtains, less cluttered design selection, Plains and textured fabric in appropriate combo, And also avoid too many flashy cushions or floral patterns
