While initiation is good, financial incentives should reach SMEs not the big conglomerates which has the advantage of attracting international investments at lower interest rates. This will allow wealth distribution and encourage first time entrepreneurs to come up.

Desh ke vikas me sabse bari badha hi bureaucracy hai jisko step by step prabhaavhin to kiya ja sakta hai prantu smapat nehi jiska pehla step agni vir type ka prayog ho sakta hai dusra district level ke official ko chor kar baki ki bharti state level par ki ja sakti hain or utni hi bharti UPSC (IAS) ki kam ki ja sakti hain agle step me joint secretaries ko chor kr baki state level se ho or third step me british system ko darkinar kar diya jaye jisme humko 15saal ka experimental time chahiye nehi to vikshit bharat ka sapna' sapna hi reh jayega
