The expectations and demands attached to college and studies are so high and counterintuitive to having a healthy life. I used mindfulness meditation and some therapy to learn techniques for detaching from the expectations. Books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels have helped me a lot, teaching me mindfulness exercises I can do anywhere.
