Vinay's narrative is a mystical journey about prana .. pranayam. That little story about how Vaayu held up breath of the world for hurting his son Hanuman is simply riveting. The way he made a tapestry out of the compositions of various mystics -- Tulsidasji to Tyagaraya to Purandanradasa--all in praise of Hanuman ji -- it was a beautiful experience!
