Never heard anything bad about this guy we have mutual friends and I met him later in life and he’s always been a cool ass dude everytime we’ve met up always good times.

I love your show in general, but this particular show hit home for me. Me also being Blaxican and growing up in Whittier, I had a similar experience to Freddy. I was a nerd , Spanish was my 1st language, and I fought a lot, (in my defense mostly lol)...but I would often catch people talking about me and my Mom (who is Mexican). As a kid I would tell them: "y porque dices eso?" Their face when they heard that 😮 I can laugh about it now 😂 but through it all, I love how he didn't let people tell him who he should be. And super glad he's doing something positive based on his life experiences. 🤜🏾🤛🏾
