I've discovered that they actually have 2 really good guitarists. Kylie is the one doing all of the lead guitar parts for this performance, but Leandra does much of the lead guitar parts on their more recent hits "T-Shirt" and "Back of My Heart".

I also like how Eliza is pacing herself - she's not attacking the drums like Animal on Speed - otherwise she'd end up like the original drummer of the Donnas. Royally messed up her rotator cuff and basically had to quit the band. But this is such a tight unit - I think they also know how to do a lot with a little. I hope they stick around for a LONG time.

I recently saw an article regarding Kylie Miller's guitars and here's some of what she said ... My favorite guitar I own is my “Jazzbastard” made by Rock N Roll Relics. I used to only play Telecasters so this guitar was perfect for me since it essentially is a Telecaster with a Jazzmaster body. It’s incredibly light and easy to play, which is key to any good guitar in my opinion. I adore it.

With no disrespect .... appreciate the more informal presentation here than their more girly live videos. Nothing wrong with dressing up.. I'm sure it can be enjoyable ... but personally I like the more working person aura.The distinctive vocals are great but might be enhanced and layered by all the singers in the future. I am looking fwd to hearing progression with composition. Thumping is great for young people at parties.... but playing in a non-alcohol/ drugged/ mating - fueled room might be possibly educational. A nod here to another Canadian band ... the pursuit of happiness. I'm an adult now.
