I found a ovenbird dazed out in the middle of a busy NYC road. Luckily it was early in the morning on my way to work. I put it in a box and after an hr or so it regained its form and I released it. Made my day!!

Window strikes are the top cause of death for birds during migration. I hope you little one didn't have any long-term issues. Many birds aren't so lucky to survive

Your vocalizations are spot on!!!😲 Indigo bunting are rare to spot here because they are so shy but I always hear them at 5am every morning with the local birds as the sun rises

You have tongue and good teeth manuverability to make the calls. I talk to them too, tho not as refined as you. Your videos have photos, calls and info on them. If I hear a bird calling and can't idenitify it, I will search your videos until I do. Glad I found your site.
