@@Al2ck5rThey are, but the remix makes the tone of the song not necessarily depressing but pretty straightforward with the message “rinse and repeat.” Kieran experiences this from being second to the protagonist. The base game credits music gives off a vibe to keep pushing in life and there will always be good things, which fits for Arven. This remix sums up Kieran’s feelings, with a little bit of hope.

The photos w Carmine & Kieran r quite cute & adorable, even if they dont reach the levels of wholesome that is the photo w Arven, Penny & Nemona that u get to see in the end credits of the main game. I'm also glad that there were photos with the Elite 4 as there werent any with the Paldean E4 for some reason, once again proving why they're superior to them.

I have to admit, when it comes to story and characters; Scarlet/Violet is definitely a step up. Not to mention there's an epilogue in the works that will bring back Arven, Nemona, Penny, Carmine and Kieran.

​@@JH24821 Oh yeah yhe characters were a massive highlight. From the main cast to team star to the teachers i dont think there was really a single miss. I just wish people would stop sidelining Nemona and Penny's stories and downplaying their traumas in comparison to Arven 😔

It's confirmed we'll be getting an epilogue. It will involve us as the player, Arven, Nemona, Penny, Carmine and Kieran. It's a story which also rewards us with a new pokemon. The questline is already in the game but we need a specific item Gamefreak will likely release early 2024.

I'm sorry, the fanbase will probably hate me for saying this but in my opinion, Scarlet and Violet definitly beats Black and White in terms of which has the best story. Both the main story and the dlc were insane and I was litteraly sad when I realised it was over. I enjoyed every minutes I played through the story of each. Scarlet and Violet may be terrible in a technical points like the frames drop or the ugly graphisms, but we have to admit that it was awesome in every other points. If only the devs could put a little more efforts to fix what was wrong in Scarlet and Violet, they could make the greatest game of all time.

Finished the story with the epilogue last night and this game will be a top 3 Pokemon game for me. It's up there with SoulSilver and Black. Also the first Pokemon game where it was so long that my team got to lvl 100 when i got to Indigo Disk.

Totally agree with you there. It seems like it's meant to be self-referential ("Rinse and repeat") but that doesn't actually make it clever. It does fit well with the way Pokémon games often feel like you're doing the same things in each new game, however.
