Good idea ..... what about the water soluble material ? Where can I find it ? Is it specific for dental use? Or found in any market

You can find at any hardware shop. Ask for glue gun and its glue sticks For bracket bonding any glue works

What is the adhesive you are using for placing the brackets on model?

@@irfansinstituteofclinicalortho but the temperature of glue gun is very high around 120 degree . Doesn't the normal glue melt

@@irfansinstituteofclinicalortho the tray made from the glue gun got distorted and wasn't fitting accurately. I tried cyanoacrylate superglue which is water soluble and immersed it in water bath for 1 hr however the superglue wasn't completely dissolved so I had to do aluminium sand blasting in our house lab. The trays got darker as a result which I think led to inadequate penetration of the light curing as well.

@ManRed1987 I use normal UHU stick glue to bond bracket. And glue gun stick I have does not get distorted. I make 2 or 3 segments of trays too.
