During this pandemic they have converted all their resorts into care center, stopped manufacturing cars and started making ventilator in those facilities for free of cost for the country..besides any monetary help that they are providing

I had worked for his company, no hike no progress. Even if you want to leave they force you to spend 3 mandatory months in the company which makes it impossible for you to join another company. But they can fire you at any time.
