Individuals Want More Sustainable Investments

Sustainable investment has been growing rapidly in recent years. But are individuals willing to put their pension savings on the table to promote sustainability? We conducted a large scale field study with a Dutch pension fund that gave its members a real vote on its sustainable investment policy. A majority of fund members supports more sustainable investments, even if they expect this will lower the financial return.
