If Indonesia was Jakarta, the Philippines has their own version of that, Province of Bulacan because it is Southeast Asia’s Sinking Province because of Manila Bay and rising sea levels and flooding frequently on rainy season 😊😊 The most affected municipalities considered sinking was Obando, Meycuayan, Santa Maria, Hagonoy, Bulakan and Calumpit 😊😊

The aquifer below the city is being pumped out faster than it refills. The San Joaquin Valley in California has sunk something like 6 feet because of aquifer pumping.
