i like how they say "everything by feeling" you can tell that theres a phrase in their own language that they couldnt find a good way to say it in english

Actually that is a premade Bali spice mix called Base Genep. You could google the recipe for that, but good luck with sourcing some of the more obscure ingredient tho

@@Aradia000 Most of the ingredient you can find in most Asian shops just the fresh galangal & lesser galangal is probably the hardest to find.

Hard to watch. Boss and servant setting is always annoying. They learned it from my people.

The guy on the right is so annoying and suppressing the cook on the left and make him look like insignificant. The cook seems to know what he is doing. What is this guy on the right doing here? On top of all, all his useless comments (the guy on right) are very distracting.

Because he is the big shot celebrity chef (William Wongso), and supposedly the host of this show while the cook on the left is seems like they just take a random chef from the hotel they are filming this from. But yeah, it didn't sit very well. Obviously there isn't much coordination. It should be better if they take time to show him the process before filming
